Your Excellency, I wish to seize this opportunity on behalf of my family, the head chief of Foni Bondali District, Bakary Badjie, and the entire people of Foni Bondali district of West Coast Region of The Gambia to congratulate you on your landslide victory in the 24 November presidential election. I wish you and your family long life, good health and prosperity and the entire Gambian citizenry. I also pray that Allah, the Almighty shower His blessings upon you in the execution of your duties as president of the republic of The Gambia for years into posterity.
Your Excellency, your leadership as president of the republic of The Gambia has made a laudable positive impact not only on The Gambia and Gambians, but also on other nations and their nationals both in The Gambia and the Diaspora in the areas of health, agriculture, peace building, socio economic development and good governance.

Since your assumption of power as leader of The Gambia, you have laid down a positively all embracing solid administrative framework for the sustenance of all national development activities within all sectors and sub-sectors of the nation to effectively and efficiently enhance and facilitate the entire national development process.

Your positive achievements are there for all Gambians and non-Gambians to see and benefit from within all across sectors and sub-sectors and all your activities are all guided by words of accountability, transparency and probity.

Your transparent and objective government’s vision and mission is not benefiting The Gambia alone, but the sub-region and the world as a whole by enhancing and facilitating regional integration and global cooperation.

Your Excellency, you are a model president and head of state who has frowned at leisure and holidays in Europe and the Americas and has decided to lead by example, making a very positive practical clarion call to all Gambians to go back to the land for food self sufficiency and self reliance.

In this way, Your Excellency, you have laid down a very solid national Agricultural development framework, which today has enabled The Gambia to successfully attain positive strides for the timely attainment of the vision 2020, PRSP 2 and MDGs.
Your exemplary leadership qualities have today qualified you for the title of ‘Primus Inter Pares’, meaning: the first among equals. Your landmark speech at the 2009 United Nations General Assembly in New York further confirms your being Primus inter pares, amongst your colleague African and world leaders.
Your Excellency, to conclude, I pray that Allah give you and your family and the entire Gambian citizenry long life and good health with success in all our endeavors.
