Aweek-long administration course organized by The Gambia National Olympic Committee ended on Tuesday at the committee’s bureau in Kanifing.

The course, that attracted more than twelve participants from various institutions in the country, was aimed at equipping sports administrators in the country.

Speaking to the press shortly after the end of the training, Ebrima Manneh, the head coach of Interior Football Club, expressed his excitement for being part of the trainees. He stated that the knowledge gained from the training would go a long way in helping him as sports personnel.

Ebrima Manneh finally applauded GNOC for organizing a training of such magnitude. For his part, Alagie Nyassi, the Secretary General of the Serekunda East Sports Development Organization, the training was timely and relevant. He expressed optimism that the knowledge acquired would be implemented and would also be put in practice.
