Sports Council Warns of De-registration if...

The National Sports Council (NSC) has called national sporting associations to settle their registration fees.
The press statement reads below

The National Sports Council (NSC), wishes to inform all National Sporting Associations that with effect 3rd January 2012, any national sporting body including The Gambia National Olympic Committee that does not pay their registration fees to The National Sports Council will be not be recognise.
Therefore, failure to comply will lead to De-registration of the association, thus no support or recognition to national or international competitions by the government.
All registered national sporting associations will be provided a certificate and sign memorandum of understanding with The National Sports Council to create better atmosphere in the promotion and development of Gambian sports.
All the registered national sporting associations are kindly requested to collect their certificate and MOU at The National Sports Council secretariat, Independence stadium Bakau.
