STRENGTHENING UNITY, HARMONY AND PEACEFUL CO-EXISTENCE

Dear Messes,

Janjanbureh our beautiful abode is unique in the sense that it is a potential metropolitan settlement that has the all inclusive ingredients of peace, stability and unity for purpose provided we come together in unison at interactive sessions to iron out key issues with an eye to achieving a peaceful co-habitation.

As we approach the National Assembly Election and knowing how divisive party politics can be at the detriment of such a peaceful co-existence, I proffer this singular proposal of rallying all forces to unite behind a singular candidate who can best put Janjanbureh on the map through consensus at a forum to be attended by all the electorate in order to foster the unity for purpose.

Suffice it to say that this had ever been my stance time immemorial for all issues that can be attested to by all and sundry that has earned me the reputation of being in the forefront of solving our problems: I hereby humbly submit yet again this proposal as I did in 1997, 2001 and 2006 only to succeed in the first whilst the two later were hijacked denying the most potential of aspiring candidates.

In view of the above I suggest at the earliest possible time for such a forum to be held in averting the rancor that may arise if the proposal is not heeded as too many aspirants are in the fray to be scrutinized in the interest of our common good.

Can the forum be availed? By a special appeal to the SEYFO of the District I channel this letter through the Governor to expedite things in order for sanity to prevail on the issue.
Counting on prompt action; I solicit the highest co-operation of all and sundry to the effect thus in anticipation of this, I await a befitting response in the affirmative.
By copies of the letter all concerned are duly informed to act judiciously towards this end.
